   This week my emotions ranged from feeling peaceful, overjoyed, and excited to stressed, anxious, and tired.

   On Sunday I had the opportunity to go to the Green Belt Hiking Trail with my friend. This was my second time on the trail. While walking I felt peaceful and relaxed. It is a great place to clear my head and let go of all of my stress worry. Another high this week was attending the basketball game. We played OU and we won by a buzzer beater. At the end of the game, I felt overjoyed that we won. During Halftime my friend and I got the opportunity to meet Coach Mack Brown. He was so nice and I was so excited to meet him! This week I was feeling stressed, because I forgot about an assignment for one of my classes. I was feeling anxious trying to get it done on time. In the end, it worked out & everything was fine. By the end of that day I was tired and was so glad for it to be over with!!
